Currency and authorization

Prices and charges are presented in Canadian dollars (CAD). An order moves into the 1–2 business-day processing stage only after payment is successfully authorized. Billing information should match the details held by the card issuer.

Card processing

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Maestro card branding is displayed by the store. A payment can still be declined, reviewed, or temporarily authorized by the processor or issuer. The store does not receive a customer’s complete card credentials.

Failed payments and refunds

For a decline or pending authorization, the card issuer may provide more information. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 days; the institution’s posting delay is separate. Use Contact Us for store-side assistance.
