Refund Policy

Eligible requests

We accept returns for defective items and for eligible non-defective new products that remain unused and in their original condition. A change of mind or an incorrect option may qualify. Exchanges are also accepted, subject to review and available inventory.

Thirty-day request window

Contact duhekimatif063@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery. Include the order number, checkout email, reason, and photos or video when an item arrived damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Applicable consumer rights remain available.

Approval and mailing

Wait for approval and the confirmed return address before mailing anything. A free prepaid return label is included in the package; if it is missing, contact us for help. Approved returns are mailed using the confirmed instructions, and no restocking fee is charged.

Refunds and exchanges

Once a refund is approved, we process or initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. Banks and card issuers may need additional time to post funds. Replacement availability is confirmed during the exchange review.
